Before you file for a return

Please read our return policy fully to understand our returns process and if you are eligible for a return.Please note:

Goods will not be accepted without an authorisation number.You will receive this after submitting this returns form.
Ensure the product is in it's orignal packaging and in a re-saleable condiction.
Personalized goods, including bespoke, printed and embroidered garments, unless faulty, cannot be returned.
Please include your authorisation slip within your parcel to speed up returns process.
Ensure you send your goods back to us using tracked delivery with insurance, if the order is of high value.Any goods damaged in transit will not be accepted for returns.
